Director of Project Management
SPARK NS is hiring a Director of Project Management to lead a 10‑member team of PhD‑level Project Managers and scale a 24+ project neuroscience portfolio across two‑year cohorts. Reporting to the Managing Director of Translational Research & Development, this leader will partner closely with academic principal investigators, industry advisors, CROs, and internal teams from project selection through key translational milestones. The role turns TRD’s scientific strategy into disciplined, IND‑oriented execution by ensuring that decision‑quality plans, timelines, and risk assessments are in place. This is a high‑impact opportunity for an experienced life‑sciences people leader who wants their work to move promising Parkinson’s disease and autism therapies from lab to clinic.
